Everyone at Glentoran FC is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our former First Team Physiotherapist John Weatherup.
John was physio during the highly successful era under Roy Coyle’s management and club captain from the time, Paul Leeman paid the following tribute: “I’m sure I speak on behalf of all of the players who were involved during John’s time at the club when I say I’m very sorry to hear of his passing. We all enjoyed some great times, successes and memories together. John was a good friend and a great character around the place and will be sadly missed. Condolences to his family at this difficult time,”
