Boxing Day Tickets - Launching Online Ticket Sales

Tue, 10/12/2019 - 13:00

We are pleased to announce that tickets for our Boxing Day fixture against Linfield will be available for purchase online from 4pm on Thursday at  glentoran.com/tickets

Tickets can also be purchased (cash sales) as follows:
1:  4pm - 8pm on Thursday 12th December and Saturday 14th December from 9:30 am - 16:30 at the Superstore and then during any other opening hours up to 24th December (Click here to see opening hours)
2: From the Secretary's office on Friday 13th December from 9am to 3pm and then from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday thereafter.

Any changes to these hours will be notified on Glentoran.com . We are anticipating a complete sell out, so we would encourage everyone to get their ticket early to avoid disappointment.

Ticket prices are as follows:
Grandstand Upper Adult £12 and Grandstand Upper Concession £8;
Grandstand Lower Adult £12 and Grandstand Lower Concession £8;
Sydenham Terrace Adult £11 and Sydenham Terrace Concession £7;
Family Stand Adult £12 and Family Stand Concession £8 (please note that Family Stand tickets are currently unavailable online);

Please note that as tickets will now be available online, there will be no tickets available from our usual outlets. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their tremendous support over many years and we would encourage everyone to continue to support these businesses with your custom.

As per our usual policy, Season Ticket holders will be required to obtain a match ticket.  Given the capacity restrictions currently in force, the club must assume that 100% of Season Ticket holders will turn up for this fixture when the reality in recent seasons has been that approximately 20% do not. This results in seats being left empty that could otherwise be filled, raising much-needed revenue for the club and depriving other Glentoran supporters of a place. Therefore, all Season Ticket holders are being asked to collect a ticket for use at this match. This ticket, the price of which is already covered by your Season Ticket, can be collected upon production of your Season Ticket at the Superstore only, during normal opening hours. Any tickets set aside for Season Ticket holders that remain unclaimed after Monday 23rd December will be returned for general sale.

As this is an all-ticket match, the £1 admission for a child does not apply and a ticket will be required. We would also request that wheelchair users and their carer email the club secretary (secretary@glentoran.com) in order to confirm match day arrangements.  Any Supporters Clubs wanting tickets held over for their club members only, please email full details to Ruth at superstore@glentoran.com by 3pm Wednesday 11th December.

We look forward to a bumper attendance on Boxing Day with the big Glentoran support pushing the team on in what will be the highest league attendance in Northern Ireland this season.
